I appreciate the support and the contact that I received to just check and make sure that I am doing okay. It always comes at just the right time, and is such a great comfort to me. I appreciate the integrity in the adoption process, and that my wishes were respected, and supported throughout this tough process.
In this time of hard decisions and difficult choices, it is important to be reassured that you have made a good decision. There are enough doubtful moments in this choice, that make it hard to cope with all of the emotions involved. It is such a comfort to know that you have chosen someone who's commitment to you is consistently caring. To work with a caring service, makes it easier to cope during those times that you question or regret your decision. A group will care about you, or act like they care about you when you have something that they want. It is only an agency of truly caring "moms" that continue to care about you after you have delivered your baby. You are and always will be a mother, whether they call it a "birth" or "biological" mother, you are in every sense of that word, a mom, and these moms , who truly know the meaning of that word, will care for you, comfort you, respect you, and support you through this process with a mother's love. I appreciate the support and the contact that I received to just check and make sure that I am doing okay. It always comes at just the right time, and is such a great comfort to me. I appreciate the integrity in the adoption process, and that my wishes were respected, and supported throughout this tough process. The adoption process is a life-long process, once you are a part of it, it becomes a part of you forever, no matter how you deal with it, it's a process. It's something that you always have to find a place to fit into your life. It's important that the professional you work with understands and respects that, and these professionals do that. I believe that for as long as I live, I have a "safe place" in these professionals, I can be my son's mom, and be respected as such forever, no matter what. When I can't be that anywhere else in the world, here, in these caring women, with these people, I am connected to my son, I am his mother, forever. Continual Blessings! - Evangaline
